By accessing, browsing, or using this website (gsrenergies.com), our interactive Solar Savings Calculator, or submitting any consultation form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using this website.

2. Website Scope & General Information

The content published on this website—including articles, technical specifications, project case studies, solar guides, and component overviews—is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. While we endeavor to keep all information current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding completeness, suitability, or operational applicability without a custom site engineering audit.

3. Solar Technical Estimations & Performance Disclaimer

Actual photovoltaic generation, savings, and grid exports are subject to site-specific environmental and physical variables, including but not limited to:

• Seasonal solar irradiance, monsoon cloud cover, and ambient temperature.
• Rooftop tilt angle, azimuthal orientation, and nearby structural/tree shading.
• Dust accumulation, panel cleaning frequency, and regular preventive maintenance.
• Local DISCOM grid voltage stability, phase balance, and power outage frequencies.

Website calculations do not constitute guaranteed generation warranties. Binding performance parameters are governed exclusively by the finalized Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract executed for your property.

4. Quotations, Pricing & Non-Binding Inquiries

Submitting a consultation request, site survey booking, or calculation inquiry through this website does not create a binding commercial contract between you and GSR Energies.

Estimated project costs displayed on the website or generated by the calculator are indicative. Final commercial pricing varies based on:

• Detailed rooftop structural integrity and elevation height.
• Mounting structure customization (elevated GI frames, aluminum profiles, or ballasted flat roof).
• AC/DC cabling distances, earthing pit counts, and lightning arrestor requirements.
• Prevailing GST rates, DISCOM application charges, and equipment market commodity fluctuations.

A formal commercial agreement is established only upon the mutual signing of our official Turnkey Solar EPC Agreement following an in-person site engineering evaluation.

5. Government Subsidies & DISCOM Net-Metering Approvals

GSR Energies provides end-to-end liaison and documentation support for the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana national portal and state DISCOM (KSEB) single-window feasibility filings.

However, subsidy sanctions, Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) credit timelines, grid feasibility clearances, and bi-directional net-meter allocations remain under the statutory discretion of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), National Portal authorities, and state distribution companies. We do not represent government bodies and cannot unconditionally guarantee external regulatory timelines.

6. Component Availability & Equipment Warranties

All equipment—including Tier-1 monocrystalline solar modules, on-grid/hybrid string inverters, LiFePO4 batteries, and AC/DC distribution boards—is procured from certified original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Product warranties (e.g. 25 to 30-year panel linear performance warranties and 5 to 10-year inverter warranties) are underwritten by respective component manufacturers and administered according to their official warranty certificates and our standard service level agreements.

7. Client Responsibilities

When requesting proposals or commissioning an installation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate electricity consumer numbers, sanctioned load data, and property details.
• Ensure lawful ownership, tenant authorization, or building committee approval for roof access and mounting.
• Provide safe physical access for site assessment engineers during scheduled survey visits.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content—including the GSR Energies trade name, logos, visual branding, graphics, website software code, technical calculator algorithms, photographs, video stories, and written material—is the exclusive intellectual property of GSR Renewable Energy LLP.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, or commercially distributed without our prior express written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our web servers, database infrastructure, or private API endpoints.
• Submit fraudulent, automated spam, or malicious payloads through our contact or quote forms.
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to copy website text, pricing algorithms, or project photography.
